At Fairway Home Crafted, we combine quality wood, thoughtful design, and modern technology to create meaningful, handcrafted gifts that celebrate homeownership and help strengthen client relationships. As a proud extension of the Fairway family, our story is deeply rooted in the values of trust, integrity, and putting people first.

Our journey began in 1996 when my uncle founded Fairway Home Mortgage with a vision of helping families achieve the American dream of homeownership. I joined the company in 2009 in the accounting department and spent over a decade supporting that mission. In 2020, I moved to Fairway Cares, our internal non-profit focused on providing comfort and support to families facing serious illness or loss. That experience deepened my appreciation for the human side of the home journey. In 2021, I launched Windy Hill Woodshop as a small family-run woodworking business. Today, that passion has grown into Fairway Home Crafted — a dedicated brand that aligns closely with Fairway Home Mortgage.

We specialize in high-quality closing gifts and custom marketing products designed specifically for Fairway loan officers and their clients. Using traditional woodworking skills alongside advanced tools like our CNC machine and CO2 laser engraver, we create personalized, lasting pieces — from elegant cutting boards and engraved signs to custom keychains, leather goods, branded promotional items, and more. Every product is made with care, precision, and the attention to detail that reflects the Fairway commitment to excellence.

We’re especially proud of our creative collaboration with my sister, Amy Patterson, a talented artist and designer. Her unique vision brings original stickers, artwork, and custom designs to our product line, adding a personal and artistic touch that makes each piece truly one-of-a-kind. This family partnership celebrates creativity and allows us to offer customers special items that blend beautiful craftsmanship with artistic flair.
